Board & Management

All the pension funds have a common management which is the same as the one for PKA Ltd.

Each pension fund is headed by a board. The board consists of representatives from both the employers’ organization and the employees’ organization and members elected at the annual general meeting. The board must furthermore have independent members with specific economic knowledge.  

The board decides the bonus allocation and degree of services to the members, as well as investment policies for the individual fund.

Members are able to influence the pension fund’s activities by participating in the annual general meeting and through election of member representatives on the Board. In the pension funds managed by PKA Ltd. the annual general meeting consists of delegates elected by and among members. However, any member has the right to attend the annual general meeting and take the floor.
